Hello

Apologies for posting this in the incorrect thread, but I am having incredible difficulty in having access to the forums. I am only able to post a new topic or submit a reply in either the Gallery or Work In Progress forums. I have attempted to contact support but not had any joy. Can anyone assist? I have read that a moderator needs to approve access to certain areas of the forum, so I'm hoping one of the moderators out there can help?

Further to that, I am a licensed user, but it doesn't seem to show up in my signature, could this be an/the issue?

We dont have one yet but I am sure Scott is working on that right now....there are lots he can move over here....Most of the mods do several forums...

Hi, iirc the Octane license is connected with the email address of your payment.
If your forum account use a different email address you are not identified as licence user.
As Rikk mention, a mail to Otoy should help to solve this.
