Haven't really rendered this ship in a proper scene before, so wanted to give it a go. I'm quite happy with the result.

Really nice Gord. Lots of good stuff here... However, three little things jump out at me: [1] Your AO needs to be taken down some. At least 25%. [2] Edge wear is too hard and too uniform throughout. Tweak your settings in dDo some so that paint is not always worn away at panel edges and at such similar thicknesses. [3] The bottom front section looks somewhat like bathroom tiles...
Are you still using nDo/dDo, or have you jumped ship (pun intended) to Substance as well?

cheers mate. None of that is going to happen.
All of the textures are from hand painted (years ago) images. Not using DDO on this.
All I'm doing is seeing how good I can get the existing textures to look if I create Octane shaders. I am however, starting again as I think I have a lot of work to do on spec/roughness and falloff.
