145 lights is madness !!!

- avoid small lights
- use Pathtracing
- set caustic blur to 1
- GI clamp to 10

try again and let us know about your render times !

Octane hasn't adaptive light sampling.
You have to manually tweak the number of sampling for each light.
Don't use sun+HDR mix
Don't use ies lights except as texture.
Use specular material with fake shadows when possible.
Set GI clamp to 1
Set adaptive sampling to 0,3
Coherent ratio to 0,3
If you create tiny lights increase the samples number.
If you have enough vram disable movable proxies.
Use distributed render if you have more than 4 gpus
Don't use full white or full black materials
Don't use diffuse materials.

that's all.
