Hard drive failure.. have to start over

Hi
My hard drive was recently wiped and I have had to start over. Could someone please advise me what steps I have to take to:
1. Download latest build
2. Enter activation / licence details
I remember reading I might have to deactivate the current version? If this is true, how do I then reactivate.. I want to get back on board asap and get into the latest competetion!
