I want to buy C4D Plugin for Octane.
I use Octane 1.
I want to Upgrade Octane to 3.0
This is why I am waiting to buy.

Can I buy C4D Plugin now and use it with Octane 1?
Will C4D Plugin working again with Octane 3 without must pay for a new Upgrade for the Plugin?

Probably not. v3 is a whole new release of Octane, much more than just an update. They will most likely charge for the upgrade from 2 to 3. Think of it like upgrading from different versions of C4D. Major new releases cost money, but updates to current versions are free.
