Render Artifacts

Hey guys, here's what I'm getting...
only on a couple of frames throughout the 200 frame render. almost all frames have this OTHER weird issue in the dark areas... faint lines or something.
Any ideas on why this is happening? I'm currently on OctaneRender version 2.21.1
I can send my log if needed.
