can-t connect

here do I check if the server is offline_ I cant activate the plugin as I had to re-install Rhino, I got can-t connect to server... _
Perhaps you did not un-authenticate first. Do so via the Otoy website (for both Standalone and the plugin), then try re-authenticating.
