If I understand correctly, we are supposed to save the scene in .orbx and view it on the GearVR with your app, is that correct?
What's the difference between saving a .orbx file from the regular version and VR version? Does the VR version saves a stereo cubemap?
Is there a way you guys can give me the app, as I said before, I cannot access the store from Japan...

We can get you an APK. All you have to do is render an image to get your scene working in either our app or the new Oculus 360 photos app.
Also...today is going to be a big day for VR and for OTOY. Everything will be live at 6 AM PST:

I have the image you guys provided as test, the one with the foggy hills made by Karba. I would like to try it first, so what do I have to do to receive the APK?

During development we had a debug apk that had to be provisioned per device. We have another option today with the Oculus 360 photos app now supporting stereo cube maps, and even includes all our sample renders.
Is there no way for your device to update just this app from Oculus home since it must already be installed with your device with the baseline VR software? My understanding is that the store is also working worldwide now for all apps.

No, unfortunately the Galaxy Note 4 we have was purchased in America, as it doesn't exist in Japan. It has an american SIM card, and because of that, we cannot access the american store.
The good news is the Galaxy S6 recently went on sale here in Japan, as well as the Gear VR 2, but we don't have it, and I don't know when/if the company is gonna buy one...
