Help with new GTX

Hi all, please help. I just bought this new GPU, and the render gets stuck. Everything else works fine with the new card. I don´t even know where to begin to try to fix this. In the image you can see where it gets stuck and the name of the new card. Thanks.

I might not be entirely right on this but I believe this is due to the fact that the card is an old compute model (1.3) as it mentions in devices. Unfortunately there is longer support for this model. You would need a Compute Model version 2x to 5x version for is it to work. Is there a reason you chose an old GPU.

It was a good price, and faster than what I had. I didn´t even know the compute model could be an isue. Thanks. I havn´t payed for it, should I give it back? There is no way to fix this?

It is an outdated card by now and I would choose a better card. What was the previous card you had?

The GTX 260 is a low (and old) card.
It may be the compute model but also the memory of the card (only 896 mo)
Keep in mind that the card is also displaying informations on your screen.

My other one is the GeForce GT 640. I´ll put it back till I find a decent one. Thaks all for the help.
