Animation blur.

Hi Juan,
I am rendering a diamond animation and the result becomes blurred over time, with the details becoming smeared. It's almost like all the frames are somehow being added on top of each other.
No motion blur has been specified and I cannot fathom what's going on.
I am using plugin build 2.22.1 with Lightwave 2015.1
I will send the file to your email address, could you take a look?
Thanks,
Carlo

Really weird problem. I am testing your scene now.

I don't know yet what is the problem, but as workaround I think that if you render the scene in "update" mode (not in full scene reload), the render works fine.

Thanks Juan, will give it a go.
Yeah, I seem to be finding a few weird ones:)

Render with scene in 'update' mode works great, thanks.

The problem is also related to the alpha channel. If you disable the alpha channel all works fine even in reload mode.

I see, on this project I need the alpha channel so will have to keep using 'update' scene.
So is this a bug or feature:)

I also encountered ghosted renders today several times also using alpha channel I will check if disabling alpha fixes this.

This problem was an Octane API issue. It is fixed now in Standalone 2.22.2. I will try to post a new LW plugin build as soon as possible.

Thanks Juan,
Will that plugin also work with 15.1 or only 15.2 ?
