Cuda error 999

now i have this error when try to render with octane and a black body light active
OctaneRender version 2.15 (2150000)
CUDA error 999 on device 0: An unknown internal error occurred.
-> kernel execution failed (ctonemap)
CUDA error 999 on device 0: An unknown internal error occurred.
-> failed to copy 2D memory from device
device 0: failed to download tone map result
device 0: railed to run tone mapping

If I lower the value diffuse depth in path tracing from 8 to 5 i don't have this cuda error ...

Looks like you are on version 2.15 of Octane. Can you try the latest TEST release of the plugin pls?

I have now the upgrade to 2.21 plugin and octane render 2.2 but i have the same problem

Is it just on one scene - or all scenes? Is it possible you are running out of VRAM? What i the resolution set to?

I have tested now .. its happen only in all indoor scene and blackbody light actived and diffuse depth set to 7 and up

Thanks - that scene renders fine for me. Can you pls post a screenshot of your plugin Configuration?

I have fixed it, i have make the driver quadro 2000 upgrade v347.88
with v347.52 i has cuda error
