strange triangulation

I am getting a strange triangulation during rendering.
all i did is creating a box and extruding a few polygons.
is there something wrong with my geometry or is it about the right render setting?

probably scale issue - check it =)
other than that tweak ray epsilon value =)

checked scale: room is 800 x 800 (cm)
changing ray epsilon does not do anything...

It can be rounded edges in material, check this.
