I just wanted to ask when Version 2.21.1 would be available as demo or if I can test it somehow - I'm not a licensed customer

that is what appears:
To download this file you are required to be a licensed customer and logged into the forums or customer area.

We put only stabile versions for download sections. I'll create a new demo when we reach this level.

oops sorry my mistake.. didnt notice that you're not liecensed user and here is Demo topic.
You are not allowed to dowload latest versions. I think the latest demo version is 2.16.2
