Dual Graphic Card problem

Hello!

I have a GTX 760 and a GTX 970 in my PC.
I've activated them both in the settings.
I've set the GTX 760 to use priority.
But I've think, the 760 isn't used for rendering...
In Firesorm, the blue diagrams are for the GTX 970
and the green for the GTX 760.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance,
Eddy

Did you try it in the standalone?
Does your scene fit in both cards?

Hello Sighman!

I use the Carrara Plugin.
But I assume, the scene is too large (a PNG background of 320 MB and fiber hair).
The Carrara file is 3.07 GB, way too much for the GTX 760 with 2GB memory (the GTX 970 has 4GB).

Is there a way to get an info in Carrara about the scene size that is tranferd to OctanRender
or can I assume that is about the same size as the uncompressed Carrara file?

Thank you for your help.

Eddy

Just look at the bottom of the Octane Viewport. There you will see memory consumption information about your scene. If you click on the status bar it will open a small window showing what the numbers mean.
