Import and control instances with Octane Standalone!

Hello!
How can I control instances created with another 3D software and import them into octane render standalone edition?
If you use the node scatter, the .csv file, goes its own way.
Breaks the rules assigned when exporting. I do not understand why.
If you use the node placement takes two months to create such a field.
Can you explain, please. :?
Thanks for all the answers.

Here's an example.

How do you mean 'goes its own way'?

It should just work like this:

The scatter nodes hold a CSV file...

Sorry, I meant that:
When in another software, such as 3ds export .csv file, it does not generate the expected has appeared in octane. What is wrong?
If I do I create a .csv file with any program, the instances are not in the correct position, converge toward the center.
If I use a .csv file at these coordinates can assign any geometry. Right? Or I'm saying something wrong?
Here's an example.

Thanks

Make sure the scattered obj is placed at origin.

Hello, thanks for the reply!
This gave a small improvement, but the dispersion is always wrong.

connect scatter csv to obj, not to placement

Use the node placement does not create the problem shifting, node placement does not create this problem everything is zero. I have created the node, but I have not changed this.
To confirm you'll show that I get the same result if the gate node placement.
I connected the node scatter with geometry.

I have attached a file .orbx ,first post.

Can you help me to find the solution? :?
I do not know if it's a problem of coordinates or uv.
Thanks all! ;)
