activate render priority in Settings->Gpu tab. Click gpu checkbox and select low or middle.
But i think your render is going very slow. 0.1ms/sec is very very low. Try to decrease diffuse depth, etc... This scene is from our comparison for Corona, can't remember our speeds. But i draw the directions in image, these will give more speed for you.

can you test your cards with octane benchmark? Still very low speeds which i see here. Also interestingly your gpu's usage %25. I think low priority is decreasing this. Even in your first image i see free ram ZERO and one GPU is not rendering due out-of-memory. Additionaly GI_CLAMP<1 is clamping the ray and causes the break illuminations. Coherent ratio=1 is not giving accurate results also. These are just some note for you.

As i say, pls test and compare your cards with other's test results. 690 is not a weak card as i know, i should be close to a standard 780.

in the second scene, i deleted some unneccessary objects but nothing better. i don't know it's my VGA card problem or Octane setting problem ? who can help with another single VGA ? :|

16k sample , 0.3-0.6ms/s , time render complete 4hours :| scene file https://www.mediafire.com/?b885a34e0t2iehd

Edited a little bit the scene to make it faster. There is some changes on kernel settings, also on a few objects and their materials. Coherent ratio, gi_clamp and diffuse depth is most helpers.
I'll put the new scene. See my render info, speed and settings in pictures. I hope that helps.
