Hi,
Octane Standalone doesn't allow selection of multiple pins. We realized that making or breaking connections one-by-one is tedious so we will introduce multi-connect and disconnect in version 2.21.

- multi-connect
2.21 will ship very soon so say tuned.
cheers,
Thomas

The window with the checkmarks looks like a very comfortable way to adjust pin connections.
Thomas, thank you for sharing this great news!

Update/Edit:
This was indeed very soon.

[*] Added multi-connect feature, which is activated when you hold down the CTRL key (CMD key on OSX) while connecting a node with another. If only one connection is possible, this feature is inactive.

- Hold CTRL while dragging from an OUT pin to an IN pin with multiple possible connections

- Multi Connector options
Click on ALL first if you intend to use most connections and uncheck those few you do not want.
Click on NONE first if you only want to check a few connections.
Hit MAKE CONNECTIONS to commit to your choices.

[*] Added connection "cutter" that kicks in if you hold down the CTRL key and draw a line over the connection to remove.

- Cutter - Hold CTRL and drag to cut connections

The "Multi Connect" window and the "Cutter" are indeed very helpful tools to adjust pin connections in a very efficient way.
