Render Passes

Hey guys,

How exactly do you combine the passes outputted by octane? I don't seem able to get it right. Do they even work right? [EDIT] - Found the solution to this one. Still need some answers for below

Also why can't I render both direct & indirect reflections separately? There seems to a drop down for some unknown logic.

Normal passes, indexMA,motion vector passes also don't work.
