Live DB empty

Hello!
My Live DB in Octane for C4D plugin is empty... My connexion internet is on.
Could you help me to solve this, please...?

this category(textures) should be empty. check others under materials

is this 2.16? Can you try 2.20 rc1?

I reboot my machine and the materials are back !
Very strange...

Ok problem solved, I've uninstalled all my antivirus & antimalwares softs and the materials came back. Thanks everybody !
