check this thread http://www.refractivesoftware.com/forum ... =24&t=4069 about your licensing issues, also keep in mind that right now the system (I believe) is not automated yet, so they do have working hours, depending which time you bought it yesterday you might have to wait till monday, if in doubt you can write them an email to [email protected]
The software can be downloaded from the customer forum.
Cheers, and have a good weekend, grab a beer, and wait till monday, I know you'll probably be anxious to play with it, but it's only a couple of days.

I'm curious to know if licensed users also have to wait for email confirmation during office hours. Since I already have a license and can log in to my account, can I purchase additional licenses online and automatically activate them?

I need to purchase a second license for a rush project I am working on this weekend. I emailed support on the 18th but haven't heard back.
After this weekend I don't think I will need it.

I hope you can get up and running soon!

I bought a second license a few weeks ago and found the activation code in the Octane live Account after a few minutes ... I hope the same happens to you too ;)

Hi guys,

Please keep in mind that not everyone works in the same timezone, and admin/license sales is now done by the nz office, so you when you order on a friday afternoon in Europe, it's actually a few hours past midnight into saturday in nz.

New purchases are manually checked and activated (due to quite a few cases of abuse and stolen credit cards etc...), so some patience is required when ordering just before the weekends...

There's no need to make posts here about it as as soon as we've read them wee have jut processed all new sales anyway...

Yours,
Radiance
