Impressive quality for getting this from a photo
There is a web interface as well, so no need to go through a phone

Now this is fantastic.
Just the sheer amount of possibilities you can have with this, when it comes to scene building, is amazing.
I can barely fathom real world photography making itinto 3D apps as actual environmental geometry.
This is sure going to stirr up the market for content artists, but in the long run I think this will be the future of content production for 3D apps.
Why model something after photographic reference for hours, sometimes even weeks, if you can just go out, shoot it and import it.
This is like the ultimate interface between the outside world and 3D modelling.
And although I might have gotten carried away there a little, start thinking about it, and all the possibilities will show for yourself as well
