Hi, I have a problem when I try to make an animation, I set the scene and materials in octane but when return to 3d max and run the max2octane for the representation of the animation appears a window saying:
"automation error - MeshNode for rendering "aaa.obj" not useable" I should do to solve this problem. Thanks in advance

Best regards

that happens when the node is just not there, check the node name it's probabily not the same than the one the plugin is trying to render. The correct procedure would be to export a single frame, setup everything in octane, save the scene, go back to max, run the plugin and choose use existing scene, point to the ocs file and setup the rest of the options, then render your animation away.
You might be missing a step. Also this is related to the plugin, check the plugin forum for more information.
Cheers

I found the solution to the problem, 3d max file, the file of octane and octane node must have the same name to work quite right.

Thanks for the help ;)
