bought new computer so need to re set my license

Hey Guys - bought new computer so need to re set my license, how can i do this ?
To transfer your OctaneLive Account:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click "OctaneLive Accounts"
3. Locate the license you wish to transfer, and click deactivate.
4. Then, activate on new computer.
