Working on the headlights specifically for now. Model was purchased.
The headlights seem troublesome, I exported them as area lights which got turned into diffuse material to which I added "texture emission, though it doesn't seem to be lighting the area inside the glass "dome". The backside of the dome is a mirror like glossy material, it doesn't seem like it's picking up on any of the light emission and i have 50 tiny white dots instead.
And then on the backside it looks even weirder, the red from the tailights don't look correct at all.

I think this is the same v5 problem that has been reported numerous times. At the moment, light cannot travel through objects. Do a forum search for a more in depth answer.

Nice model by the way. If I had to say anything, the creases (bonnet, wings) look a little bit severe. Maybe the A8 really has creases which are so sharp, I don't know.

Thats incorrect.
Light can travel through objects when you use pathtracing.
Also without roughness...

Face, I guess he means direct light won't pass thru transparent materials, indirect does.

Hmm in that case, I am completely wrong. Sorry.

Ok, here is my second attempt.
your lights are facing outwards. The light coming from the light will also travel outwards (out the front of the headlamp). Unless the inside of the headlamp had a degree of specularity then none of the light will bounce back onto the back of the headlamp. You need some method of getting light to the back of the headlamp before you will see it there.
As you can tell, I have a way with technical terms.
