Feature Request : Output Render Passes

I saw some people putting up feature requests and I thought it couldn't hurt, I might as well ask too. Also as a follow up to my previous thread about passes.
Don't know how easy or hard it would be for the dev to implement this feature, but it will be extremely useful to have it. I'm sure I'm not the only one here who will welcome such a feature.
Although it is ironic that one of the reasons I'm getting Octane is to get final looks without ever having to leave DS in the first place, yet here I am asking for render passes so that I can tweak them in external programs.
