GPU driver issue

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my GPU rig where I cant get one of the cards to install properly.

I have 2 x GTX690 plugged into my standard motherboard pci-e slots, then 2 x GTX690, 1x GTX780ti and 1 x GTX670 on an external GPU cluster.

When I look in device manager I see that all cards are detected however one of the 690's is not installed properly. The 690 is displayed in device manager as two cards as its a dual card, so actually it's only half a 690 thats not working.

I've tried several times to do a fresh install of the graphics drivers and have moved cards around to ensure the card is working properly. If I take one of the cards out of the rig (doesnt matter which one) then all cards work correctly.

Can anyone shed any light on what might be my issue here?

Its worth noting that its not a power issue a I have 2 x 1300w and 1x 1000w to power my rig.
Motherboard = Asus P8Z68-V LX Socket 1155 Onboard graphics output 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard
Processor: intel i5 2500k
Ram: 16GB

Any help on this is much appreciated.

Thanks.

One thought I have is that I'm exceeding the max number of GPUS as each 690 is recognised as 2 GPU's.

This means I'm actually trying to run 10x GPU's in my rig.
