Where I can find a user manual for Daz plugin?

The DAZ Plugin manual pretty much is way out of date. So it is not useful. The development is still going on and currently the plugin is in pre-beta state. I seriously doubt we will see an updated manual anytime soon.

Why is this plug in so far behind the others? Lots of DAZ users out there i think would but it, no?
