After the rain (Revit plugin)

Here is my first exterior shot in this forum.

We all know this ambiance. I think it's my favourite natural light setting when the clouds offer the sun its moment, just before the sunset.

It's a period building we scanned with a point cloud scanner (Trimble TX5) modeled in Revit and rendered in Paul's excellent plugin for Revit. Rendered with DL, 6-7 mins @ 1900x900. I did a few with PT as well but got a strange light artifact and while PT offers a slightly better HDR for exterior shots, it takes about 4x the amount of time to get to an equally clean image.

My ultimate goal is to do no post work on archviz work since rendering should be an extension of our workflow, not a hindrance to it (that's the theory anyway). So there is no post work in these images. I mess a lot with camera and imager settings and I like playing with ISO vs exposure and response curves to get the look I want.

They're a work in progress and by no means final (and the Revit model detail is far from complete) but critique is welcome. Hopefully I will show some renders of the planned extension to the building.

Best,
Seeker
