Hi Martin,
I love the "Brute Force' and I have just downloaded it.
I while ago I stumbled on Soundcloud trying to find backgroundmusic for my future animations (mostly archviz). Coz' you are on Souncloud yourself you must be the right person to explain to me how it exactly works, because I cannot figure out 100% with my English not being my native language (Pardon my French

, and I am not sure if I understand the thing sI have found about the use of downloadable tracks.
The Download links are different sometimes (see attachment)... and I cannot find any text with the tracks themselves explaining if the downloadable track are all with CC licencse, and the type of CC they might have.
Hope you can clarify my question below?
Is it correct that all tracks, that are downloadable, are to be used under CC license?
So, all (not only yours, but in general everyone's) music tracks that are 'downloadable'
are to be used as background music for vids?
(
no difference hobby or proffesional use; i.e. I make archviz animations for my clients, but I like to have background music)
The thing I want to do, but also must to do, is to add credits in the video, right?
Cheers,

Merci!
Glad you like the song. Warms my cold heart.
Generally speaking copyright - to use someone else's music/images/texts etc for commercial use - rights from author is always needed. If a song is CCBY though - you have the rights to use it as you wish (even for commercial purposes) by just crediting author.
In my case, I'm not sure what CC class i have marked my free tracks with. Although, if you want to use any of my tracks - you're very welcome! For free. If you make big profit on that archviz video which uses my track. Some kind of kickback is much appreciated.
Since i'm a visual/audio designer for a living - i usually write tracks on comission. But these tunes i make for fun, i'm very happy to spread in different ways.

Hi Martin,
Thanx a lot.
I sure will explore your work and I will get back to you when wanting to use!
Greetz,
PS
I am still little unsure about general use of the SoundCloud tracks and I will ask the support specifically about this.
