License Activation Please

Hi Team

Have read through the FAQ at http://www.refractivesoftware.com/forum ... f=7&t=4070 and yes, we had recieved octanelive login details 24 hrs ago, yet no further information. We realise how busy the Refractive team must be with the influx of registrations, so just thought we'd give an innocent wave. :)

We apologise to have posted a thread. Please delete thread once activation has been processed.

Hi there

Can somebody, other than Refractive representatives, please explain to us what exactly happens during registration? and why this process is taking longer than we had anticipated.

Hello,

I am waiting for my activation too, but as it stands - I think their business hours ended for today about half an hour ago.
My purchase was made before their business day started - I hope it'll come through soon.

Google says it's: 12:02pm Friday (PST), Google never lies. ^_^ (edit: hahaha, never saw the PM, so confused by time-zones.)
So, that means you guys are at the office..sooo..I sent an e-mail,
was it received?

Suggestion:
Why isn't there a specific customer support entry in the forums?
( I'm aware of the e-mail addresses, just figure there are more team members in the forums at random hours. )
Like: Customer Support : Please post your query here and we'll get back to you!
( or at least someone who can placate and assure me when I'm burning to know why there is a delay? )

Our biggest concern is the weekend's nearing in 4 or so office hours over there. Its now saturday here in New Zealand.

We'd love to contribute and enjoy our stay here with the beta crew (and we endeavouor to do so), however the delay has dwindled All prospect of us enjoying 'Anything'.

But alas, yes its saturday and I should be out enjoying the weather, perhaps a Scuba dive near work might help blow out the cobwebs!

A bit of consolation to see WetaFx are on the same boat :)

For all 4 (I think) of us waiting, let's hope it's resolved quickly,

a scuba adventure sounds amazing, if I were a bit closer to home I'd go climb some dunes right about now! :)
Enjoy it, no sense in wasting a perfect day unless of course, it's making super duper digital delights!

Truth, almost makes my slight irritation pale in comparison,
if WETA needed something from me I'd be like:
