Spheres won't render

Spheres preview properly but when I go to render them...they disappear. I've restarted c4d and tried changing the material. If I convert the sphere to a mesh the problem disappears, but as a primitive...they won't render.
There are no tags on the spheres.
I'm using 2.12.1...c4d R16 on a mac.

It's first warning on specs of plugin manual. please read again.

OK...just turn RENDER PERFECT to OFF in the object's attributes.
I had previously noticed with LiveViewer that render perfect didn't work anyway...so it's an easy issue to address.

Perhaps a thread titled "Noobie Questions" is in order Where all of Ahmets answers could be posted.
