i use my free time to practice and i decided to create a scene based at this image: Some materials is not complete and i improve others during of this days... The HDR is for test... Some suggestions?

Good start, I like how you captured the layout of the reference, a bit of displacement or bump on the textures will make them look better.
Add a bit of noise to the water or ripple with displacement
You could also adjust the lighting to allow the sky to pop a bit more the capture the ambiance of the reference.
Keep up the good work and looking forward to see how this turns out.
