Is there a way to change type of the control handles (triangles) ? step, linear, ease in...
The most I need is stepped.

Octane engine doesn't support anything else except linear. There is nothing I can do about it.

Can't you make a double triangle control handle in max with 2 very similar values, with a left and right color entry ?
