I think I made a mistake by trying now to update from 1.29 to 2.

Is there some trick to this ? My user ID is in the top slot. I put my 2.0 Poser Octane password in the
lower slow - then press activate

and keep getting AN ERROR! Now I have nothing to use!

help please!

It shouldn't matter which version you are upgrading from.

I suggest downloading, installing and activating Octane Standalone 2.10. Then activate the Poser plugin with your Poser 2.0 plugin user id and password.

OK-

the Standalone seemed to update the 2 license almost automatically.

HOWEVER POSER 2014 will NOT activate - No way, no how!

OK - I assume you have a Poser plugin 2.0 license?

I will escalate this to FooZe to resolve.

Hi Gold,

I have checked and both your standalone and poser license are 2.x so it should work.
I can see activation requests with your standalone license but none with your poser key.
Are you sure something isn't blocking Poser (like windows firewall) from accessing the internet?
