Motion Blur issue with 2.06 and worse with 2.10

So, usually when I use motion blur, on an octane camera, it seems in many scenes at least one object that does not move at all has motion blur through the entire animation. This happens whether I have motion blur enabled OR disabled in the render settings. So basically, if the camera motion blur is on, it does it. With 2.06 it used to only be the first frame that would do it, so it wasn't a big deal; 2.10 does it every single frame...I can't use motion blur in my scenes. This is a big problem for me. This happens in the live viewer now as well.

Update:
It seems if I turn the subdivision surface (hypernurbs) off, just on the top piece, it doesn't happen.

Ok, I'll do that. I wanted to report the bug either way.

Sorry but, your first message sounds like that you're hopeless. And it means that everything is bad about motion blur.

Haha nope, I was just frustrated. I've been dealing with that bug for a while now and on very short deadlines at work. Sorry if I made it sound like that.
