Lot of help

Hi everyone, I´m new at this. I just rendered my first video and it has some problems. However I don´t know where to begin. Is this a problem with the textures or the kernel settings? The still render does not look so bad, but when it moves it is all messed up. What part of the manual should I look into? Any help very welcome, thanks.

Hi Mark just one thing. My alpha image transparency does not work anymore. Can this be fixed? Is there another way to make a transparency that does not disappear? It wasn´t working very well to begin with, so any way to change it would be an improvement. It was a diffuse material with an alpha image in the opacity tab. Thanks.

Thanks

Ok, I just ran a couple of tests with a another simpler project and it turns out those horizontal lines are created when I save it to a quicktime movie. I saved it to a JPG sequence and all is well. What is the best format to use when saving a final render?

Thanks Vic.
