Please Help Material Editor Crashing Max

Hello Karba,
I Just purchased octane 2.06a 3dsmax and Standalone.
When I open the Material Editor, Max crashes. Tried both Compact and Slate mat editor. Tried empty scene w/ no objects.
Compact Mat Editor crashes immediately.
On the Slate, it crashes when I create an octane material.
Fresh max2015 install w/ sp2.
