At the moment only the demo is available. To quote from elsewhere on the website:
Octane Render will be available for purchase early February 2010 in a beta program. The beta program allows the user to start using Octane Render right now and will include a full version 1.0 license for 99 Euros/License. Once version 1.0 is released, Octane Render will be 199 Euros per seat/license.
I would guess PayPal and bank transfer will be available at that time.

Hi,
If you want to buy the beta license for 99 euros now,
you can pay it, but you'll have to wait a little bit to receive the first beta as it's not %100 finished yet.
