Normally I use a portable version of Blender in a pendrive to always use the same addons, themes, hotkeys... Is it posible to install the "octane render version" in a pendrive to make it portable?
The octane standalone is in my desktop machine and I have a surface pro, is it posible to work in the surface and render with the server running in the desktop? For example, I'm in dinning room with the surface and render in the desktop (change the ip server in the surface of course).

No Sorry, Octane can't be portable through a pendrive. But if you mean like a remote controlled desktop, then as long the Octane is running at the main desktop and you are just accessing this desktop through a remote desktop software or possibly a vnc platform that the surface supports, then that would be possible...

Thanks. Octane Standalone cant be portable in a pendrive, all right. But the Blender for Octane can be installed in a pendrive? I read a trick for sincrhonize settings and startup file with dropbox, if I can installed it in a pendrive I'll do it.
