Whats the best way to set up atmospheric perspective? In other words, fading objects out the further away they are. Do I need to set up some kind of volumetric volume area or something like for god rays?

add a big box with scattering (that's what is happening in atmosphere) in clyde a camera inside that box with inverted sphere around it =) play with scattering parameters until You get desired effect =) think karma shared few scenes with that - might get useful if You work with 3dsmax, if not, maybe someOne could export You scene to standalone =) search around, theres some good info in this forum =)
