'Unseen' Flags in the 2.0 cycle a possibility?

Hey Juanjo, this has come up before but not in a while, just revisiting to ask if this may be a possibility in the 2.0 cycle.

-unseen by radiosty
-unseen by reflection

Or perhaps there's a workaround if anyone can help. Especially need this for exterior scene backdrops. At the moment I use an image mapped poly with an extremely low emission value, just enough to be seen but not effect illumination. Even using this method still effects the overall scene illumination to a degree.

Cheers.

Thanks Juanjo, any talk at all by other devs of this maybe being implemented into the octane core?

Yo MrF, me and others have been begging for full control over visibility for ages now -- way before 2.0 beta testing and during. There was even a thread where we had to explain to Marcus why we wanted this, and it almost seemed like he was mystified as to why we would want such a thing. He probably does not do a lot of compositing himself...

In any event, it was promised during beta that we would be getting full visibility options. It sounded like it was going to happen during the Render Passes development. Who knows - maybe Octane core team already has this in the bag... and maybe some day, we will start getting release candidates again...
