This is an issue with Octane itself. I think that in the Standalone the infochannel kernel shows this behavior.

darn.. should I start a thread in the standalone forum? I mean is this a known issue or is it 'supposed' to work this way. For most of my projects the info channel is useless if it doesn't respect the same visibility flags as the other kernels.

I am going to test this problem here in Standalone. If it is not fixed in Standalone, I will report the problem to the Octane developers.
