The Subdivision Level settings in the object tag doesn't seem to work in the picture viewer render? Am I missing something? Thanks.

I don't understand. Where do I set the Subdivision Level for the final render?

hmm, sorry didn't readed well. Understand as hypernurbs's subdivision. I think it doesn't detect changes on this parameter immediately

Hi Aoktar,
For me subdivision level doesn't work in the final render too, it only works in the live viewer.
is that normal ?
Thanks

If you are trying to subdivide displacement - you will not be able to do that.
Subdivision works with plain geometry, including primitives. To see it renders in the picture viewer as well you need to -
1. In Render Settings - select Octane as your render engine of choice.
2. Set "Resend Only Updated Objects" (preferably in combination with "faster rendering") from the method drop-down in the Octane Renderer Settings.
This should do it.
