+1 Though if you need a workaround Corona proxies work quite well.

use A6 instead! A6 is free for ever!

yes, but I like the new features of corona proxies.... Need same in Octane !
I don't think that v6 is 3dsmax 2015 compatible.

Can anyone recommend octane proxies as a stable way to render lots of plants, grasses or cars?
We have been using Corona proxies mainly up to now but since corona in on longer free (and alpha doesnt work with 2015) Im looking at the other options available. Octane proxies seem to be the best choice, but we did have a few problems with animated octane proxies causing render to freeze.
