Auto update won't work (solved)

Sorry if it's a newbie question, but I've tried browsing the forum and din't find a solution to my problem.
Everything works fine except that - when I'm rendering - the scene doesn't auto update when I move the Daylight infinite (that I've set up to load in the default scene.)
Moving the camera gives the same result: nothing changes.
If I click the "Refresh the Octane scene from Poser" button I can see the changes in position that I've done.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
My specs:
i7-4939 with 32 gigs RAM
GTX 780 - driver v.337.88
Win 7 Pro, 64-bit SP1
Poser Pro 2014 SR 3.1
Octane Standalone 2.04
Poser plugin v. 2.5.3.23

I suspect you are rendering from a non-Ortho camera - in which case updating of the scene into the Octane viewport does not occur. Pls see
http://render.otoy.com/manuals/Poser/?page_id=91 for details. So in summary - switch to the standard camera, and you should be fine. There is also an option in the Settings to allow scaled cameras - mouseover the checkbox for details.

Wow, Paul. My compliments for the superfast reply!

I'm using the Poser Main camera.
Also, I use Netherworks' Camera Panel Plus 2014 (updated to the latest available version.)

I also use Netherworks Camera Panel and it works just fine. However, every now and then the 'daylight' light seems to disconnect from the plugin and the update doesn't happen. Don't know why, but what works for me is to save/reload the scene and everything is back to normal.

Thanks Sam.
To integrate the info, here's something else that I've noticed: when I move the camera, the Daylight checkmark (in the Poser properties tab) toggles off and its icon disappears. It also happens to the Main camera when I frame the scene through the Aux camera.
This makes me think that the issue is due to a Poser issue and that Octane is "innocent."

Hmmm, interesting. I have not seen this before. Not sure what to make of that, but I agree I think is more of a Poser issue. One thing to try is temporarily remove the camera panel and see if the problem clears up.

OK, I've completely removed Camera Panel and the problem remains.

Are all the camera scale dials set to 100%?
If you have a simple scene (the default Andy scene) which demonstrates the problem - can you pls post the pz3 file, and I will take a look.
