Glowing lights

please add an option to add glow to lights without making the rest of the image too bright. like a clamp option. I know there is bloom and glare but they seem to make the whole image too bright

Lights should be bright enough to generate glow.

+1 and already requested.
your request is possible only if the 2d post effect is applied exclusively to the material id and then it blends with the rest of the image. It is not selective it works globally, there is no bias control.
In AE the glow plugins work differently, see the Sapphire for example.
