Hy everybody,

i'm trying to put a camera animation from xsi on my thin lens cam in octane stand alone with out success
I've also difficulties to create animation keys in stand alone 1.5 , is it possible ?

Hi Gobistudio,

No sorry, you cannot do key-frames in octane, this needs to be done in your host application.
The standalone can read in an alembic .abc file with the animation already setup.

So you need to do all the animation on the host application side and then export as alembic.
I'm not sure if XSI has a built in alembic exporter so you may need to try to find a plugin that can do it.
