how to make Oct Material in channel box go away

How do I make these Oct Material R G B attributes go away, they are seriously inhibiting my animation process when keyframing.
I can't set them to non keyable because octane seems to add them every time the character is loaded in a scene. And when I set a keyframe
they get keyed. Then add a new animation layer and they don't get added and etc etc.

These RGB (and Float) controls appearing right after creating a material - are just default values. This is made for convenience, to not force you connecting explicit Octane Texture nodes to every material pin after material creation.
If you want some more special - just create needed Octane Texture node, connect it to the pin, and key the values of this texture node if needed.

I'm not creating any octane material. They show up as soon as maya starts up.
Then I load my referenced character, and these attributes are there, on every single animation controller.
I don't even go in the hypershade.

Jimstar, I just wanted to try one more time. These attributes are a nuisance to animators. They show up automatically on every single animation controller. (without putting them there by creation of a material)
It's as if I have to run a script every time I run maya to make these non-keyable and hidden. I'm surprised no one has brought this up yet. When I set a keyframe they are keyed automatically. How can animators work around this?

These attributes are indeed on every node. They don't do any harm as they aren't connected to anything but they shouldn't be there.
It makes no sense to add an Octane material RGB to everything, even nodes that can't have materials applied to them. (ie locators, emitters, groups, etc.)

Hi JimStar,
These attributes are due to the addition of the octane hair material and I think it's safe to hide them from the channel box, or at least have them show up in the channel control window so that users can control the channel box behaviour of these attrs.

I think TBFX has the right solution. By default have these attributes hidden.
Every new Maya session they are created, therefore we need to create a startup script
that selects all and hides the attributes.

Sorry JimStar, I also should have mentioned they are the ones on transform nodes. Not the default values within materials.
