Well, it's normal in the demo version
The current release is more stable when changing the res. on the fly, but it still causes hangups (alteast on my machine)

Well, changing the resolution shouldn't be possible at all in the demo? I was pretty sure it was locked at 1024*512...

So the crash is not normal, but it is normal that you can't use other resolutions.
