Nothing special. Heres a quick test of two rendered pictures of grapes. A quick tip for anyone who has models of fruit that require this result.

A glossy material only

A mix material with glossy textured grape material in one input and a blurry glass material in the other.
Then just control the mix amount.
It does achieve a pretty good result.

Quite nice, albeit (uniformly) noisy because of glass roughness.
But the funny thing is that the grapes produce colored caustics / reflection
The glossy material shouldn't have a RGB texture on spec channel and the glass shouldn't be colored.
EDIT: Actually you can use colored glass, but it shouldn't be too saturated. The grapes will produce colored caustics - visible under strong light.
But you should use a grayscale texture for glossy spec channel - colored reflections are a property of metals.

they usually have a fine white layer on them,, maybe use a map on the specular channel to make them loook less plastic, eg now they look like they have just been carefully washed with water...
